Pasta Frolla – Shortbread


Pasta Frolla

 

 


   

Ingredienti:
250g Farina 00
170g Burro
150g Zucchero
Scorza di limone
2 tuorli d’uova + 1 uovo intero

Preparazione:
In una ciotola ponete la farina, lo zucchero, il burro a temperatura ambiente e tagliato a cubetti, le uova e la scorza del limone grattugiata e impastare bene, finché non si otterrà un composto liscio ed omogeneo. Coprite la pasta con della pellicola trasparente e lasciatela riposare in frigo per 30 min. Trascorso il tempo di riposo, la pasta frolla sarà pronta per essere stesa e utilizzata.


 

Shortbread

Ingredients:
250g flour 00
170g butter
150g sugar
Lemon Zest
2 egg yolks + 1 whole egg

Preparation:
In a bowl place the flour, sugar, room temperature butter and cut small cubes, eggs and grated lemon rind and mix well until you obtain a mixture smooth and homogeneous. Cover the dough with plastic wrap and let rest in refrigerator for 30 minutes. After the rest period, the dough is ready to be rolled out and used.
