Ingredienti:
4 tuorli d’uovo
250ml di panna
65ml di latte
65gr di zucchero
1 bustina di vanillina

Preparazione:
– Portate ad ebollizione la panna e la vanillina
– Unite i tuorli allo zucchero
– Lavorate il composto finché non diventa cremoso
– Mettete una teglia con acqua in forno a 180°
– In una pentola a fuoco basso, unite lentamente il composto di tuorli e zucchero alla panna
– Togliete la pentola dal fuoco
– Riempite per 3/4 gli stampini
– Disponete gli stampini nella teglia per la cottura a “bagno maria”. Cuocete per circa 50 minuti.
– Alla fine cospargete di zucchero e caramellizzate la superficie.


Creme Brulee

Ingredients
4 egg yolks
250ml cream
65ml milk
65gr sugar
1 teaspoon of vanilla extract

Procedure:
– Boil the cream with the vanilla
– Add the yolks to the sugar
– Let’s work the mixture until it becomes creamy
– Put a pan with water in the oven at 180 degrees
– In a saucepan over low heat, add slowly the mixture of egg yolks and sugar to cream
– Remove the pot from the fire
– Fill the containers to 3/4
– Place the containers in the pan for “bagno maria” cooking. Bake for about 50 minutes.
– At the end, sprinkle with sugar and caramelize the surface.
