Ingredienti:
100g burro
700g mele
200g farina 00
200g zucchero
50ml latte
150ml yogurt
2 uova
1 limone
1 bustina di vanillina
1 cucchiaino di cannella
1/2 cucchiaino di zenzero
1 bustina di lievito per dolci
1 pizzico di sale
Per il crumble:
35g burro
35g farina 00
35g zucchero
Preparazione:
Per prima cosa lavate le mele, sbucciatele, togliete il torsolo, tagliatele a dadini e poi irroratele con il succo di limone. Ponete nella planetaria lo zucchero, le uova e il burro precedentemente sciolto e amalgamate bene finché non otterrete un composto cremoso. Unite la cannella,lo zenzero, il latte, lo yogurt, la vanillina, il pizzico di sale e continuate ad amalgamare bene. Aggiungete a poco a poco la farina e per ultimo il lievito e amalgamate finché non otterrete un composto liscio ed omogeneo. Infine, unite le mele e mescolate ancora un po’. Per il crumble, mescolate in una ciotola lo zucchero, il burro freddo e tagliato a cubetti e la farina. Rivestite di carta forno una teglia per muffins o delle singole formine rotonde e versate il composto. Cospargete la superficie dei muffins con il crumble e cuocete in forno caldo a 180 gradi per 45-50 min.

First of all wash the apples, peel, remove the core, cut into cubes and then drizzle with lemon juice. Place in the mixer sugar, eggs and butter previously melted and mix well until you get a creamy mixture. Add the cinnamon, ginger, milk, yogurt, vanilla, a pinch of salt and continue to mix well. Gradually add the flour and finally the yeast and mix until you have a mixture smooth and homogeneous. Finally, add the apples and stir some more. For the crumble, mix in a bowl the sugar, the butter cut into cubes and flour. Pour the mixture into a baking pan for muffins or individual molds round. Sprinkle the surface of the muffins with the crumble and bake in a preheated oven at 180 degrees for 45-50 min.
