Ingredienti:
180 g pasta corta
1/2 ceppo di scarola
3-4 filetti di acciuga sott’olio
10 olive nere
2 cucchiai di capperi
1 spicchi d’aglio
peperoncino, olio extravergine di oliva, sale q.b.

Preparazione:
Lavare bene la scarola e tagliarla a listarelle. In una padella fate scaldare l’olio extravergine d’oliva con lo spicchio d’aglio e il peperoncino e poi versate la scarola. Fate cuocere a fiamma bassa per 5-7 min con un pò di acqua. Aggiungere i filetti di acciuga e le olive denocciolate e salare. Fate bollire la pasta in abbondante acqua salata e scolatela al dente. Saltate la pasta con il condimento e servite caldo.


Pasta with anchovy and escarole

Ingredients:

180 g pasta (short format)
1/2 bunch of escarole
3-4 anchovy fillets in oil
10 black olives
2 tablespoons capers
1 cloves of garlic
pepper, extra virgin olive oil, salt to taste

Preparation:

Wash the escarole and cut into strips. In a pan heat the olive oil with garlic and pepper, then pour the escarole. Cook over low heat for 5-7 minutes with a little water. Add the anchovy fillets, olives and salt. Boil the pasta in salted water and drain when cooked. Skip the pasta with the sauce and serve hot.
