100 g burro
1 cucchiaino di cannella in polvere
250 g farina 00
1 bustina di lievito per dolci
700 g mele
2 uova
200 g zucchero
1 bustina di vanillina
1 pizzico di sale
1 limone (scorza e succo)
200ml latte

Sbucciate le mele e tagliatele a fettine sottili e poi irroratele con il succo di un limone (1). In una planetaria, mescolate lo zucchero con le uova (2) e poi aggiungete il burro fuso, finchè non otterrete un composto cremoso (3). Unite la scorza grattugiata del limone, la cannella, il latte, il lievito, la vanillina, il pizzico di sale (4) e la farina piano piano e amalgamate bene (5-6). Infine unite le mele e mescolate bene (7). Rivestite di carta forno una teglia e versate il composto (8). Prima di infornare, spolverizzate la superficie della torta con cannella e zucchero a velo. Cuocere in forno caldo a 180° per 50-60 min (9). Servite spolverizzando ancora con cannella e zucchero a velo (10-11).

Apple Pie

100 g butter
1 teaspoon of Cinnamon powder
200 g flour 00
1 packet of Baking powder
700 g apple
2 eggs
200 g sugar
1 packet of vanilla powder
1 pinch of Salt
1 lemon (zest and juice)
200 ml milk

Peel the apples and cut in pieces, then put them in a bowl with lemon juice (1). With the aid of an electric mixer, mix together eggs with sugar (2) and add the butter, previously melted (3). Add gradually all the other ingredients, cinnamon powder, grated lemon zest, milk, baking powder, vanilla powder, one pinch of salt (4), and lastly flour and mix very fine, obtaining a homogeneous mixture (5-6), to which join the apples (7). After mixing, put immediately in a baking tin, lined with parchment paper (8), and sprinkle the surface with icing sugar mixed with cinnamon. Bake in a preheated oven at 180° for about 50-60 minutes (9). Once ready, serve the apple pie again sprinkling the surface with more icing sugar mixed with cinnamon (10-11).
