pastaUovaIngredienti per 2 persone:
2 uovo (circa 70 gr cadauno)
200g farina di grano duro
1 pizzico di sale

Preparazione:
In una planetaria mettere la farina, le uova ed un pizzico di sale. Impastare per circa 10 minuti finchè il composto non risulterà essere liscio ed omogeneo. Lasciar riposare l’impasto per altri 10 minuti.
L’impasto può essere utilizzato per qualsiasi formato di pasta utilizzando l’apposito accessorio.


Recipe Fresh egg pasta

Ingredients for 2 people:
2 egg (70g each one)
200g wheat flour
1 pinch of salt

Preparation:
In a mixer put the flour, eggs and a pinch of salt. Mix for about 10 minutes until the mixture will be smooth and homogeneous. Let the dough rest for 10 minutes.
The dough can be used for any type of pasta using the appropriate accessory.
